Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and sets out what you may and may not do with Navvi PMTS.

Permitted use

Navvi PMTS is for the subscriber's own internal industrial-engineering work — building motion libraries, operations, SAM values, styles, operation bulletins and line balances for the subscriber's own garment production and costing.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• upload or process another party's confidential or proprietary data without the rights to do so;
• attempt to breach tenant isolation, access another workspace, or read data that is not yours;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to bulk-extract data, or attempt to build a competing product or library from the service;
• share login credentials across factories, or with people who should have their own accounts;
• resell, sublicense or otherwise provide access to the service to a third party;
• probe, load-test, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service, its security, or other customers' use of it.

Consequences

We may suspend or terminate access, without notice where necessary, for any breach of this policy or where continued use puts the service or other customers at risk. Questions: navvicorp@gmail.com.
