Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again afterwards.
Refunds
Because every plan starts with a 14-day free trial (no card required), we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period. The trial is the time to decide whether Navvi PMTS fits your factory.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a wrong amount — email thankuarjun@gmail.com and we will correct it and refund the difference within 7 days of your report. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
