Terms of Service

The service

Navvi PMTS is a web application for garment industrial engineering: a predetermined motion time system with a motion library, an operation builder, a SAM engine with allowances, style and operation-bulletin management, and a line balancer. It is provided as a subscription service, accessed through a web browser.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register with, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown on the pricing page and inside the app before you subscribe. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required; when the trial ends, a paid plan is needed to continue making changes. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Your data and intellectual property

Everything you create in your workspace — motion codes, TMU values, operations, styles, operation bulletins, balances — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to run the service for you. The Navvi PMTS software, design and documentation remain the property of Navvi.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach the security of the service, access other customers' data, resell access without our agreement, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navvi's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production decisions made using figures produced by the software.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination you can request an export of your workspace data within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
