Terms of Service

The service

Navvi PMTS is a web application for garment industrial engineering: a predetermined motion time system with a motion library, an operation builder, a SAM engine with allowances, style and operation-bulletin management, and a line balancer. It is provided as a subscription service, accessed through a web browser. These terms are a legal agreement between you (the subscribing factory) and Navvi Corporations. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Your account and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register with, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share a single login across factories or people who should have their own accounts. Tell us promptly at navvicorp@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. Your use of the service must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Subscription, billing, GST and taxes

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions processed by Razorpay, our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page and inside the app before you subscribe. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required; when the trial ends, a paid plan is needed to continue. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to fees as required by Indian law, and a GST invoice is issued for each payment. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your use of the service. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

Your data. Everything you create in your workspace — the motion codes, TMU values, operations, styles, SAM libraries, operation bulletins and line balances your team builds — belongs to you. Navvi Corporations claims no ownership of your content, does not sell it, and uses it only to run the service for you. On request we will export it to you or delete it (see our Privacy policy).

Navvi's intellectual property. The Navvi PMTS software, its user interface, design, documentation, and the seeded starter library are the property of Navvi Corporations and are licensed to you, not sold. The starter values are public-domain, MTM-derived reference values provided only as a base to calibrate your own library; they carry no warranty of accuracy and must be validated against your own operations before use.

License grant. For as long as your subscription is active and in good standing, Navvi Corporations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the service for your own internal industrial-engineering work.

Restrictions. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software or the starter library; scrape or bulk-export data to build or train a competing product or library; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code; or remove proprietary notices. One workspace is licensed per paying factory unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SAM values, TMU figures and line balances produced by the software are engineering estimates: your factory is responsible for validating them before using them for costing, capacity, wages or any production decision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navvi's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including production or costing decisions made using figures produced by the software.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, you can request an export of your workspace data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Governing law

The laws of India govern these terms. Courts at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
